Sophie grew up in Adelaide, South Australia, and graduated as a Physiotherapist from the University of South Australia in 2022. Since then, she has become a dedicated practitioner with a passion for musculoskeletal rehabilitation and sports injury management.

Sophie has gained valuable experience in high-performance sporting environments in Australia. Her background includes management of both AFL football and netball teams at club and state levels, providing acute injury care, postoperative rehabilitation, and tailored return-to-play programs. Sophie is committed to providing quality, client-centred care to assist clients in achieving their full potential.

In addition to her studies, Sophie has also completed the Level 1 and 2 APA Sports Physiotherapy courses, which have assisted her in managing athletic and active populations. She also holds qualifications in Dry Needling and is passionate about clinical pilates and the use of these principles within her practice.
