Led by our in-house Performance Nutritionist Samantha, we offer comprehensive support tailored to runners and active individuals. With a background in sports nutrition and a special interest in RED-S, bone health, and performance fueling, Samantha brings years of experience working with athletes at all levels—most recently at The Running Room in London.

Initial Consultation & First Month’s Nutrition Plan

Your personalised foundation

Your first month includes a full, tailored plan built around your lifestyle, training, and health goals. After an in-depth review of your food diary, Samantha will assess your energy availability, macronutrient balance, and micronutrient intake. You’ll receive:

  • A comprehensive nutrition analysis via app-based food logging

  • Individualised feedback on energy balance, nutrient timing, and dietary gaps

  • A personalised nutrition guide aligned with your goals and training demands

  • Evidence-based recommendations for performance, recovery, and overall health

  • An additional check-in call after two weeks to review progress

Ongoing Monthly Nutrition Support

  • Regular food diary analysis to assess energy intake and fuelling

  • Adjusted nutrition plans to align with new goals, training blocks, or phases of recovery

  • An additional check-in call to discuss how you’re tracking, troubleshoot challenges, and fine-tune your plan

Meet your Performance Nutritionist

Samantha is a specialist Performance Nutritionist with a background in clinical and athletic nutrition. She has worked extensively with runners and endurance athletes, with a focus on RED-S, bone health, and energy availability. She recently relocated from London, where she worked at The Running Room UK, and now brings her expertise to our team here in Australia. Samantha works closely with our physios and coaches to provide truly integrated care—whether you're chasing goals or managing injuries.
