HAYDEN FARRELLY WHILEY
Physiotherapist

Hayden is a passionate physiotherapist with a strong interest in helping runners, sportspeople, and active individuals overcome injury and improve performance. He combines evidence-based practice with a practical approach to movement, strength, and rehabilitation — helping clients move confidently and return to what they love.

After completing his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Newcastle, Hayden has continued to build his expertise through experience managing a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions. He has worked as a physiotherapist with Lakes United Rugby League and St Kevin’s Old Boys, supporting athletes through injury rehabilitation and return-to-sport. He is currently completing a Master’s in Sports Physiotherapy and a Master’s in High Performance Sport, further developing his knowledge in performance, load management, and return-to-sport programming. This ongoing study allows him to integrate the latest research and high-performance principles into everyday clinical practice.

Hayden’s approach to rehabilitation is also shaped by personal experience. Having gone through his own ACL injury and rehabilitation journey, he understands first-hand the physical and mental challenges that come with long-term recovery. This experience drives his commitment to structured, progressive rehab and supporting clients through every phase — from early recovery to confidently returning to sport.

He takes a collaborative, hands-on approach and works closely with each client to create individualised plans that reflect their goals and lifestyle.
