Diana Todorova .
Physiotherapist
Diana was born and raised in New Zealand and moved to London after completing her Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) at Auckland University of Technology in 2022. Growing up, she participated in a wide range of sports, which sparked a strong interest in movement and performance from an early age. Since graduating, Diana has worked in private practice, gaining experience across running-related injuries, sports rehabilitation, post-operative care, elderly care, and functional strength training.
Diana has a particular interest in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation and has completed further training in vestibular rehabilitation and advanced concussion management. She regularly works with people experiencing dizziness, balance issues, and ongoing concussion symptoms, helping them return to everyday activity, sport, and exercise with confidence. Diana takes a calm and supportive approach to rehabilitation, with a strong focus on restoring function and trust in movement.
Alongside her clinical work, Diana has been running for several years and has competed in half marathons and sprint triathlons. She understands the physical and mental demands of endurance sport and enjoys supporting runners through all stages of training and recovery.
Outside of the clinic, Diana can be found training for her next race, attending Pilates classes, heading out on a hike, or unwinding with a good book and a cup of coffee.
