BILL CHESTERS
Physiotherapist

Bill is a physiotherapist originally from Stoke-on-Trent in the UK who has recently moved to Sydney. He works with a wide range of clients, from those managing everyday pain and injury to runners and athletes looking to perform at their best. He takes a practical and personalised approach, focusing on understanding your goals and helping you return to the activities that matter most to you.

Bill has been competing as a runner for over ten years and understands first-hand the demands of training and the frustration of injury. He still competes regularly in road running events, with a recent 5km time of just over 15 minutes. This experience shapes how he works with patients, whether they are managing a niggle or working towards a goal race.

He trained at the University of Birmingham, graduating with a First Class degree, and has gained experience working within the NHS across a variety of settings. He was also part of the physiotherapy team at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games polyclinic, further developing his interest in working with active individuals.

He has continued to develop his clinical skills through postgraduate training in shoulder and hip rehabilitation, as well as strength and conditioning. He also holds a British Athletics Assistant Coaching qualification, which supports his work with runners and those returning to sport.

Outside of the clinic, he supports Liverpool Football Club and enjoys a round of golf with friends.
