She is a keen believer in not only treating your symptoms but also identifying the root cause of your issue and addressing this to ensure prevention in the future. She uses a combination of manual therapy, movement analysis, and strength testing in order to assess, treat, and come up with the best recovery plan for you.
Outside the physio clinic, you’ll likely find her outdoors somewhere, whether that’s hitting the road for a run, at a gym class, at a music festival, or catching a wave surfing! Wherever she is, it’s likely soaking up the glorious Aussie sunshine.
