Ben's professional journey began in Geelong, where he honed his skills in a sporting private practice and with an Australian Rules Football club. His expertise extends across both football codes, making him a versatile and knowledgeable physiotherapist.
As an active individual, Ben's enthusiasm for sports led him to further qualifications within sports. This extensive knowledge allows him to craft comprehensive rehabilitation programmes, ensuring a full return to performance post-injury. Ben is also skilled in dry needling, which he uses to benefit his clients where appropriate.
Like many, Ben turned to running when his cricket season was cancelled due to Covid-19. This newfound passion saw him complete three marathons, culminating in an impressive sub-3-hour marathon at the Gold Coast in 2022. Outside of running, Ben also enjoys cycling and golf, and values staying active across a range of sports and pursuits.
When he’s not working, you’ll likely find Ben exploring Melbourne's many golf courses, getting out for a ride, or avidly watching football games.
We’re thrilled to have Ben on board and can’t wait for you to meet him at the Running Room!
