Zac is a titled APA Titled Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist with over nine years of experience helping people recover from injury, improve performance and get back to doing what they love.

An endurance athlete himself Zac is a five time Ironman finisher including the 2022 Ironman World Championship in Hawaii. Zac has a particular passion for working with runners, triathletes and active individuals. He combines evidence based physiotherapy with strength and conditioning principles to not only treat injuries but address the underlying factors that contribute to them.

Throughout his career, Zac has worked across a range of high performance sporting environments including AFLW, NRLW, swimming and Olympic pathway athletes. His experience ranges from weekend warriors training for their first event through to elite athletes competing at the highest level.

Zac believes the best outcomes come from understanding each person's goals and developing an individualised plan that keeps them moving with confidence. Whether you're preparing for your first 5 km, chasing a marathon personal best or simply wanting to stay active, he'll work with you every step of the way.

Outside the clinic, you'll usually find Zac training for his next endurance event, spending time with his young family or enjoying the beaches on the Gold Coast.
