Charlotte Davies.
Physiotherapist

Charlotte grew up in Wimbledon, London, and holds a First-Class Honours degree from Keele University alongside a Master’s in Advanced MSK Physiotherapy from UCL. An HCPC and MACP registered clinician, her background combines NHS care at St George’s Hospital with years in elite professional football. She served as the U9–16 Boys' Lead Physiotherapist and subsequently the U18 Boys' Lead Physiotherapist at Fulham FC, before concluding her time in the professional game as the Lead Women’s Academy Physiotherapist at Chelsea FC.

Now in private practice, Charlotte has a specialist interest in lower limb running injuries, ACL reconstruction recovery, and the complex process of return to running and sport post-injury. Having undergone a combined ACL and MCL reconstruction herself, she pairs firsthand rehabilitation experience with the objective benchmarking, biomechanical screening, and high-performance loading protocols utilised in professional academies. Her approach ensures patients return to sport safely, systematically, and at peak performance.

Outside the clinic, Charlotte trains for long-distance running and triathlon events. She is a keen skier who heads to the mountains at any opportunity, plays tennis and padel or to unwind she enjoys going to the theatre or watercolour painting.
