  • Over the years, Ciara has worked with a wide variety of clients, from desk workers to athletes, treating everything from everyday aches and pains to sports injuries. Lower limb injuries are a particular focus, and Ciara is passionate about helping clients recover and get back to doing what they love—whether that’s running, playing sports, or just moving without pain.

    When not in the clinic you’ll find Ciara in the gym or sunrise swimming.
