With a keen interest in biomechanical assessment, Dominic integrates research-grade technology into his treatment approach, making elite-level assessments accessible to everyday individuals. He specialises in treating runners of all levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes, ensuring each patient receives personalised care tailored to their specific needs.
Dominic’s clinical experience spans a diverse range of patients, from Olympic track athletes to recreational sports enthusiasts. He combines traditional physiotherapy techniques—such as soft tissue massage, mobilisations, and dry needling—with targeted strength and conditioning programs to enhance recovery and performance.
Since opening the Melbourne arm of The Running Room, Dominic has continued to refine his comprehensive approach to running and gait analysis. His commitment to patient care led him to establish a specialized practice focused on biomechanical assessments typically reserved for elite athletes. Using advanced tools like Zebris instrumented treadmills, Dominic provides insights that guide rehabilitation and promote injury prevention.

He works closely with clients to set achievable short- and long-term goals to help reduce your pain and get back to doing what you love.
Having been active his whole life, from swimming in his younger years to basketball, cricket, football, and now running, Ben has experienced plenty of his own injuries, fueling his passion for diagnosing and rehabilitating them. He combines hands-on treatments with rehabilitation and gait re-training in his treatment approach.
Ben has a keen interest in treating lower limb tendinopathies, foot and ankle pathologies and recurrent joint pain. Ben also has extensive footwear knowledge from working concurrently in specialty running retail and loves the role it can play in offloading injuries and keeping you active.
On weekends, you can find Ben running around the local area and he also enjoys surfing, supporting the Sydney Swans or watching test cricket.
Ben has completed a Bachelor of Biological Science, Bachelor of Health Science (Osteopathy) and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy). He has also undertaken further study in Advanced Concepts in Running Injuries (Montana Running Lab), Dry Needling Certification and worked as Head Trainer for the Mulgrave Football Club for the last 2 years in the EFL.
