Women’s workshop

Join us for an engaging and informative workshop designed for female runners in the heart of Melbourne’s running community.

This session will include an exclusive wear test of the Nike Pegasus 42, alongside a trial of Nike’s latest high-support running bra. Participants will be provided with a complimentary sports bra to try during the session, along with guided education on sports bra fit and support.

We’ll head out for a group run along the Yarra River to test the sports bras in real conditions. Following the run, you’ll take part in a practical demonstration on our Zebris instrumented treadmill, where we’ll explore running biomechanics.

The workshop is designed to provide a well-rounded understanding of sports bra fit, footwear, and running mechanics.
We’ll wrap up the evening with time to relax and enjoy Freddy’s pizza and refreshments!
