The Running Room x adidas x Pace Athletic
Join us for an evening where performance and footwear are brought together to discuss all things running and trainers. Hosted at our Clovelly clinic, this special running event brings together our physio team, adidas, and Pace Athletic for a community-focused run experience.
We’ll kick things off at the clinic where you’ll have the chance to test run and learn all about the latest adidas EVO-SL-ATR and Supernova Rise 3. From there, we’ll head out together for a relaxed group run, with walking options for anyone unable to run currently.
Post-run, we’ll regroup back at the clinic to refuel with Fishbowl, then dive into running analysis. One lucky runner will jump on our instrumented Zebris treadmill for a live running gait analysis, as our physios break down how biomechanics, load, and footwear all come together to influence performance and injury risk.
Whether you’re training hard or just love running with a crew, this is a great chance to run, learn, eat well, and connect with the local running community.
What to expect:
-Try-on and test run of the adidas EVO-SL-ATR & Supernova Rise 3
-Group run from the Clovelly clinic
-Post-run Fishbowl
-Live Zebris treadmill running gait analysis
-Physio insights + Q&A
Lace up and come run with us 🏃♂️🏃♀️

She has spent the last 8 years working with a huge variety of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries, her background as an ex-sprinter means she has a passion for working with runners and has extensive experience within elite sports; having worked at the IAAF Athletics World Championships and the Commonwealth games.
She has started her Masters degree in Advanced Physiotherapy, recently completing a module in rehabilitation and exercise prescription. She is always looking for ways to improve access and inclusivity in sport – adopting a comprehensive, holistic approach that ensures patient’s physio experience is driven by what matters to them.
Alice has a special interest in working with female athletes (from the recreational exerciser to the elite athlete, through all stages of their life) and recently launched a service in London supporting individuals with Relative Energy Deficiency in sport (REDs) and menstrual dysfunction.
When not in clinic, you’ll either find Alice at the gym or on the water!
