Join us for an engaging workshop designed for elevating your running game, whether this be within Hyrox prep or training for an event such as City to Surf . This session will combine practical exercises including strength testing and warm up exercises for running, as well as treadmill analysis to ensure a well-rounded coverage of all things running. We will also delve into crucial aspects of runners' strength and conditioning to help reduce injuries and enhance performance. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement to fully engage in the activities planned. Sign up in the link below!
