Join us for an engaging workshop designed for elevating your running game, whether this be within Hyrox prep or training for an event such as City to Surf . This session will combine practical exercises including strength testing and warm up exercises for running, as well as treadmill analysis to ensure a well-rounded coverage of all things running. We will also delve into crucial aspects of runners' strength and conditioning to help reduce injuries and enhance performance.
