
Running and Nutrition workshop
Join us for an engaging workshop specifically designed for runners, where we will delve into crucial aspects of runners' injury prevention as well as pre and post-run fuelling tips. We are lucky enough to be partnering with HOKA and Pics Peanut Butter for this really exciting event! There will be a shoe try on with a short run, showcasing all of HOKAs latest shoe selection, alongside pre-run fuelling snacks from the Pics team with all things peanut butter! We will start with a talk around running nutrition and injury prevention tips and will create our own individualised pre-run (peanut butter based!) snack before heading out for a short team run together. We will end with one lucky attendee jumping up on our treadmill for a gait analysis! Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement to fully engage in the activities planned. Don't miss this opportunity to elevate your running game!
