The Running Room x BFT Bondi Junction Workshop

Running Technique, strength assessment and hyrox performance workshop

We’re so excited to run this exclusive workshop for BFT Bondi Junction. The workshop will dive into three key components that can elevate your fitness and performance: running technique, strength assessment, and HYROX preparation.

Whether you're looking to improve your running efficiency, build functional strength, or take your HYROX game to the next level, this workshop has something for you. We’ll break down the essentials of proper running form to help you move faster and more efficiently, without risking injury. We'll also guide you through a strength assessment, so you can pinpoint areas of improvement and maximize your performance. Finally, we'll focus on how all these elements come together to crush your HYROX goals from endurance to strength and everything in between.

This session will be hands on, with practical tips and drills you can apply immediately. Whether you're a competitive athlete or someone just looking to push your limits, we’ll give you the tools to improve your technique, strength, and overall HYROX performance.
