Running workshop

Join us on Wednesday 1st July at 6:30 for an engaging evening with The Running Room, HOKA and Bayside Collective.

This session will include an exclusive wear test of the latest HOKA running shoes, giving participants the opportunity to experience the footwear firsthand in a real-world setting.

We’ll head out for a short group run to test the shoes in action, followed by a practical demonstration on our Zebris instrumented treadmill, where we’ll explore key aspects of running biomechanics.

The workshop is designed to provide a well-rounded understanding of footwear, running mechanics, and performance.

We’ll wrap up the evening with time to relax and enjoy pizza and refreshments, along with a chat on all things running, nutrition, training and recovery.
