Running workshop

Join us for an engaging and informative workshop designed specifically for runners.

This session includes an exclusive wear test with Brooks Running, where you will have the opportunity to trial a pair of Brooks runners during the session. You will also receive guided insights into the shoe’s design, features, and how it may support your running.

We will then move into a practical demonstration using the Zebris instrumented treadmill, giving you a deeper understanding of your running biomechanics and how different factors influence your performance and efficiency.

To finish, we’ll head out for a group run along the Yarra River, giving you the chance to test the shoes in a real-world setting.

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement to fully engage in all aspects of the session.

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more about your running, trial new footwear, and elevate your performance.
