This session will combine practical exercises including strength testing and warm ups for running, as well as treadmill analysis to ensure a well-rounded analysis of all things running. We will also delve into crucial aspects of runners' strength and conditioning to help reduce injuries and enhance performance.
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement to fully engage in the activities planned.
