Join us for an engaging workshop specifically designed for Nike women, where we delve into topics from Nike’s latest footwear running range, sports bra fitting and running strength and conditioning to reduce injuries and enhance performance. This session will combine practical exercises with theoretical insights, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of effective training techniques.
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement as we will be going for a run together!

PRESENTER’S
Caroline Keogh

Caroline holds honours degrees in Physiotherapy from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and Sports and Exercise Management from University College Dublin. Originally from Ireland, she recently relocated to Melbourne and brings with her experience treating a wide range of sporting and non-sporting injuries, with a strong focus on supporting runners of all levels, from beginners to experienced athletes.
With a background in both road and trail running, including the completion of an 80km ultramarathon, Caroline brings first-hand insight into the physical demands of the sport. She takes a personalised, evidence-based approach to help clients recover from injury, prevent recurrence, and optimise performance.
Whether you are managing a recent injury, preparing for a race, or aiming to move pain-free, Caroline is committed to helping you reach your goals.
She is passionate about facilitating your recovery and returns to fitness, as she recognises and values the importance of exercise, not only for your physical but also mental health. She is a keen believer in not only treating your symptoms but also identifying the root cause of your issue and addressing this to ensure prevention in the future. She uses a combination of manual therapy, movement analysis, and strength testing in order to assess, treat, and come up with the best recovery plan for you.
Georgie MacDonald

Georgie MacDonald graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Master of Applied Science from La Trobe University, Melbourne, with a strong focus on Sports Physiotherapy and Women’s Health. She has extensive experience working with VAFA and AFLW football leagues, track and field athletes, and Women’s NPL soccer teams.
With a background in middle-distance track running and basketball, Georgie has a passion for treating a wide range of injuries, particularly sports and running-related conditions.
Outside of work, she enjoys running along the Yarra, exploring Melbourne’s best coffee and wine spots with friends, and escaping to the stunning Great Ocean Road coastline on weekends.
