Sally Wood is a physiotherapist and qualified triathlon coach specialising in running injuries, bone stress injuries, endurance athletes and Women’s Health. A former elite swimmer for Scotland and Ironman athlete, including competitor at the Ironman World Championship in Kona and winner of Ironman Busselton in 2024, Sally understands the demands of high-level training firsthand.

Sally is particularly passionate about supporting active women through every stage of life, with a special interest in pelvic health, pregnancy and postpartum return to exercise, menstrual health and bone health. She helps women better understand their bodies, build resilience and continue training with confidence.

Sally takes an individualised approach to rehabilitation, combining education, strength-based exercise and hands-on treatment to help patients achieve long-term results.
